MovNat Performance Director, Danny Clark, applies some of the lessons he's learned from the Natural Movement Fundamentals e-course, which was co-created by MovNat and Nutritious Movement.
Danny filmed this video with some examples of progressions he pulled from the course and integrated into his personal practice. You’ll see 3 key aspects:
1. First you’ll see how simple micro-movements from Katy’s (Nutritious Movement) curriculum prepare his body for the bigger macro-movement.
2. Next, you’ll see how he works on integrating the micro-movement into the bigger pattern of the macro-movement a la MovNat’s formation of technique model.
3. Finally, you’ll see how he adds training variables: volume (more repetitions), intensity (more load or less momentum), or complexity (more context or a different environment) to further develop the skill.
