Ingredients and Measurements:
For the bake:
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
2 tbsp. sugar (use more if you like the bake sweet)
a pinch of black pepper
water to mix the dough
oil to fry the bake
For the saltfish:
5 cups boiled and flaked saltfish
1 onion chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
4-5 small wiri wiri peppers
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
oil to cook the saltfish- about 3 tbsp.
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. dried parsely
2 scallions chopped
a bit of water to help it all cook
