A lot of modern websites come with integrated dark themes but there's still tons that don't so that's where custom css theming becomes important to me. Maybe you want to have every website you visit match your system theme or maybe like me want to have a dark theme everywhere you go, you can do all of this with a plugin like Stylus if you want to put in the time to configure it.
The Stylus plugin is available for both Firefox and Chrome so that covers most web browsers, there is another browser that supports custom theming however, unlike the other 2 it supports it natively and that browser is surf.
