-Complete all Thief Assignments at 100 sync;
-Complete all Cristina's Requests;
-Complete all Lairs of Romulus at 100 sync;
-Complete all War Machines Missions at 100 sync;
-Complete all Templar Agents Missions at 100 sync;
-Reduce Borgia's Influence and Rebuilt Rome;
-Complete all Guilds Challenges;
-Synchronize all Viewpoints;
-Collect all Treasures, Borgia Flags, Feathers;
-Complete all ''The Truth" Glyphs;
-Purchase and get all Weapons, Armors, Paintings, Upgrades.
-Achieve the Ultimate Brotherhood - 12 Assassin Recruits trained to Max Level.
This are pretty much all the tasks to be completed.
Withal there is the DLC content which is not mandatory, but I completed it as well.
