If you or your dance fitness class is up for a challenge, here's one for you! I took a House technique class a few weeks ago taught by the amazing Jojo Diggs. I was completely lost but I challenged myself to learn a one of her classic House moves, and I put a fitness version of it in this routine! It takes a while to get the "fast feet" step as Michelle calls it, but it's really fun (and great cardio) when you do! Hope you enjoy!
