Launched in 2017 Roe & Co. Blended Irish Whiskey puts this Dublin based distillery on the map while they wait for their own stocks of home made whiskey to mature.

This is a blend of malt and grain from various distilleries across the country, it's been matured predominantly in first-fill bourbon casks.
