Isengard is something like scissors in this games, most of factions especially those good are papers. Mordor is a rock. Everything Isengard create, Mordor can eat. With trolls, better and scarier siege engines and monster and sea of orcs. Dont need to mention Easterlings.
How to deal with them ? You have to be faster, build Uruk Hai army and push Mordor till its over. Dont forget about theirs 25pp and Grond. Still you can build another army and start over and over.
