Onion chopped 1 medium
Tomato (chopped/pureed) 1 medium
Ginger chopped 1 tsp

Curry leaves few
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp or normal chilli powder ½ tsp
Roasted fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ to 1 tsp
Thick coconut milk ½ to ¾ cup
