Improve your visuals and lighting in Cities: Skylines 2.

In this video I go through the settings I use both when playing the game and when creating screenshots and cinematics to helpfully provide some help for you and your city. I go through altering the tone and contrast, positiong of sun, golden hour, depth of field and volumetric clouds amongst other tips.

You can get the Preserve Photo Mode mod on Thunderstore now. You first need to download the mod manager. Once in the app, search Cities Skylines 2. In that section you can find Preserve Photo Mode. Please read description.
