With some sandwiches, it is hard to nail down the first time it was ever made. Well, in the case of the classic Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, the first time it was every mentioned in print was in the Boston Cooking School Magazine of 1901. So, for me, that’s, the original. It is slightly different from the modern version but I have to admit, I kinda dig it more. Check it out.
