This video walks the viewer through a typical night of chesticles, and I briefly going over some key points when it comes to growing a nice symmetric chest.
The following workouts are included:
1. 3:00 Machine Flies (Warmup)
2. 4:22 Incline Bench Press
3. 5:55 Machine Dumbbell Fly
4. 7:35 Incline Dumbbell Fly
5. 8:09 Cable Crossovers
If you would like to try this chest day out remember to keep in mind: 4-5 sets each workout, 8-15 reps each set, and dont forget to pyramid up in weight.
