A 35-year-old mother and her three children perished in a Saturday morning fire in Kensington. The fire began before 8 a.m. on the 3300 block of Kipp Street. Crews arrived on scene to heavy smoke, flames and reports of people trapped inside. "This is what we call an all-hands fire, so it brought about 60 firefighters, medics and support personnel 20 fire apparatus," said Fire Commissioner Adam Thiel who arrived on the scene Saturday morning.
