Before we had an air fryer we were like "what's all the fuss about"... then I got it and we love our air fryer!
So this channel is called “if you have an air fryer”

Ingredients

1 Eggplant
1 tbsp. BBQ powder
Condiments:
1 tbsp. Capsicum frutescens, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. hot oil for top
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. Soy sauce, light

Produce:
Cut the eggplant into lengths
equal to the diameter of the air fryer.
Brush oil on surface.
Bake at 356°F/180°C for 15mins.
Mix BBQ powder, Chilies
and minced garlic well.
Hot oil for top.
Add oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Stir well.
Cut with chopsticks, spoon
the sauce on top.
Bake for 5mins again. Enjoy!

1个茄子
1汤匙 烧烤粉
调味品：
1汤匙 辣椒碎
1汤匙 蒜末
1汤匙 热油
1汤匙 蚝油
1汤匙 生抽

烹制：
将茄子切成段，大小刚好放进空气炸锅里。
表面刷油。在 356°F/180°C 烘烤 15 分钟。
混合烧烤料，辣椒和蒜蓉。顶部浇热油。
加入蚝油和酱油，搅拌均匀。
用筷子或刀子切开茄子。上面浇上苗的酱料。
相同温度，再烤5分钟。 享受美味吧～
