As a busy mom, I always think of an easy way to cook for my family. For Western food like Spaghetti Bolognese, I just use Prego Paste Sauce to cook the Bolognese sauce in quick and easy way.

I just add minced chicken (or minced beef, if you like), mushroom, garlics, onions and vegetables (carrot, capsicum) to the sauce. Then, let the pasta sauce simmer.

Meanwhile, boil some water to cook the pasta (spaghetti). Add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoon of olive oil into the paste pot.

After 10 minutes, the Chicken Spaghetti Bolognese is ready to be served. It tastes good with minimal cooking time. I love to sprinkle some mozzarella cheese powder onto the Spaghetti Bolognese (optional).
