I got all excited when I learned that the new Panasonic SD-R2550 bread machine can make gluten-free bread and sourdough bread because I have been doing it by hand for years!

Storebought gluten-free bread is getting more expensive and it's harder than ever to find the time to make bread at home. That got me thinking of using a bread machine instead.

Let's take a look at all the bells and whistles of this brand-new Panasonic bread maker and help me decide what I should test out over the next few weeks.
