Banglalink 4G hosts Dhaka Rock Fest 2.0, the second edition of the dynamic music festival. The festival features renowned bands like Warfaze and Aurthohin, as well as rising young bands like Subconscious and Conclusion. It honours Bangladesh's unique musical culture with performances by well-known bands like AvoidRafa, Indalo, Conclusion, Shrapnel Method, Brahmaputra Bangladesh, and Arekta Rock Band.
Aurthohin, a Bangladeshi rock band since the late 1990s, is known for their energetic performances and powerful lyrics, often addressing social and political issues. Their unexpected disappearance marked a turning point for the Bangladeshi music industry. Bassbaba Sumon thanked fans for trusting them and reassured them that Aurthohin will never end until their fans tell them to. Aurthohin presented many songs to the audience that night. One of the most memorable songs was “Epitaph”. Epitaph is one of the favourite songs to the fans of Aurthohin. It was evident by the reaction of the audience when Bassbaba Sumon started singing the song. The lyrics express love, loss, and longing, reminiscing about a loved one. The image of "Krishnachura Phool '' symbolises mourning, while the speaker reflects on time and separation impact on emotions, emotional distance between the speaker and the person they miss, highlighting the pain of returning home after a war.
