The scale, combined with your lower brain chatter, can be a recipe for disaster. That’s because the scale can reflect both progress OR a lack of progress. And your lower brain doesn’t care which it is—it’s just going to start chattering away!
It’s important to remember that the scale simply provides data. I shouldn’t drive your efforts.
