Devlog time! Find out what I've been working on in my difficult indie game, Faceplant!
Indie game dev is difficult, especially as a solo developer - but I'm finally making good progress on my hard pixel art platformer, Faceplant! In this devlog, I hope to share everything I've been working on for my indie game, using Godot Engine, Aseprite , Clip Studio Paint, Notion and more.
I start by talking about the new character, the progress on the game so far, I explain some new game design mechanics, level design, and problems I've faced while doing this game development process; from working in Godot, to drawing level art for this game in Clip Studio Paint.
