Some Hong Kong trolley dim sum restaurants are well-known to tourists, but London Restaurant – 倫敦大酒樓 is not one of them – and it serves some of the best old-school dim sum in town. We went to this local institution that has been around since the 1970s, and hunted down some "endangered" dim sum – here's what we found there...
