The Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA) has established itself as one of the most comprehensive platforms for research on health and aging, providing high-quality data to researchers and trainees around the world. Now in Follow-up 3, the fourth major data collection event, the CLSA continues to grow with a variety of new measures, including GPS-based mobility trackers, sleep trackers, fecal sample analysis and MRI brain imaging.
Join us October 31 for an introduction to the core CLSA research platform, as well as an overview of new Follow-up 3 measures and recent platform enhancements. The webinar will also highlight currently available data, including the most recent release of Follow-up 2 questionnaire data. Researchers and trainees will also be introduced to the data access process and learn tips on how to prepare a successful CLSA data access application.
This webinar will be presented by Dr. Parminder Raina, CLSA lead principal investigator and a professor in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact at McMaster University, and Dr. Matilda Saliba, the CLSA data access officer.
