A 10-day joint military exercise between the Singapore Armed Forces and the Chinese People's Liberation Army has concluded. The exercise involved 240 personnel and the training involved competencies such as weapon handling and close quarter battle techniques. The final mission was a counter-terrorism exercise within Murai Urban Training Facility in Lim Chu Kang. Launched in 2009, Exercise Cooperation underscores the warm and friendly defence relations between the two countries, while also strengthening mutual trust and understanding.
