G-All is an initiative of active citizens from different scientific and social backgrounds working together in order to re-enforce and re-construct a New -positive, intersectional and inclusive- Gender Alliance with regards to gender, diversity and human rights issues.
Gender Alliance Initiative develops a diverse/innovative technique of studying and tackling these phenomena by a simultaneous, equal and without exclusion engagement, activation and empowerment of:
- men and boys - and those who are identified as such
- women and girls - and those who are identified as such
- lgbtqi+ and non-binary persons
The main goal is to form -within a stable intersectional and inclusive framework- solid gender alliances and partnerships in order to combat exclusion and discrimination, to deconstruct the generally held view of normality, to fight for gender equality and gender justice, against toxic masculinity (and any other kind of gender-based toxicity and constraint) and towards it’s transformation into humanity.
The main actions of the Alliance concern the axes of:
Information and Raising Awareness - Education and Training - Networking and Interconnection - Circulation and Publicity - Research and Science - Counseling - Activism.
In order to achieve its goals and objectives, the Alliance maintains the possibility to activate and develop a wide range of techniques and tools such as: Research, Collaborations, Publications, Campaigns, Encounter Groups, Consulting Sessions, Educative and Training Tools, Awareness Groups, Artistic Productions, Online Platforms, Activist Initiatives.
G-All will continue its efforts till the development in every field of life (family, education, workplace, society, politics, culture, media etc.) the appropriate conditions of freedom, peaceful coexistence and personal development for every human being. Without any kind of discrimination and exclusion based on race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, nationality, origin, language, religion, age, disability.
