New Holland just released a special limited batch bottle drop of their Origin Toasted Barrel series, with honey cask finished bourbon and apple jack finished bourbon and more. Some say this is the best new distillate coming out of Michigan and the greater midwest region. Let's see. Here's my full tasting and review.
