This is a fan made ending for Moon Buggy in Twisted Metal 4.
As you all know, none of the bosses in the game had any known drivers, though from what I've gathered, they were all implemented late in development, so it's understandable as to why.
Regardless, it's still pretty fun to interpret the bosses actually having drivers, as I do find some of them rather interesting; my personal favorite being the six-wheeled space vehicle known only as Moon Buggy.
Of course, this is only my interpretation. Some have interpreted the vehicle being an alternative for Quatro, others have suggested the clown henchmen control all of the boss vehicles.
In this version, however, depicts the driver as a strange-looking bug alien creature heavily inspired by The Predator. His wish is to merely obtain the blueprints for a giant laser so he can destroy the Galactic Center for Crimes Against Humanity.
