For a half Kg mutton what all you need.
The meat has to be beaten in the first place to be marinated.
Raw Papaya paste 2 tsp
1 tsp. Peppercorn
1 tsp. dhania
1 tsp. Kalonji
1 tsp. Fennel seeds
these 4 ingredients have to be roasted before to grind them into a fine powder.
Then goes
1 tsp. chili powder
tsp. haldi
tsp. Black masala powder
2-3 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
2. Tsp raw papaya paste
2 Tsp. Ghee
2 Tsp. Loni or home made butter while roasting the meat.
Mix all the masala well and apply on the beaten meat and leave it to marinate for 3 to 4 hrs. You can also leave the meat overnight to marinate this will make the seekh even more tender and tastier.
