Morgan Stanley India MD Ridham Desai speaks to ET Now on how the V shape recovery in the MFG sector has tripled in 10 years. He stated that there had been a -12% forecast in the GDP growth this year by various agencies and that Morgan Stanley completely disagrees with the forecasts.
He said that Morgan Stanley projects a 4.7% contraction in the GDP.
He stated that the economy is coming back on track very quickly. He stated that a V-shaped recovery is being seen in the economy with GST, RERA, Bankruptcy Code, and labour laws. He further explained that many global companies are waiting to come to India.
