In this video I will show you how to fix a broken mayonnaise. Don't throw away your runny mayo mess, this video can help you fix it and get that mayo you intended to have.

Note that this tip is based on my mayonnaise recipe that yields 3/4 cup of mayonnaise. If your recipe is different, don't despair, you should simply use 1 egg and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cold water per 3/4 cup of broken mayonnaise.
