This is Dead or Alive 6 for the PlayStation 4 running on a PlayStation 5. DOA6 ran quite well on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro, but did a much better job of maintaining 60fps on PlayStation 4 Pro. Both PS4 and PS4 Pro had two graphical settings: Action Mode and Graphics Mode.
Action Mode on the PlayStation 4 set the resolution to 900p and ran at 60fps with drops. Graphics Mode bumped up the resolution to 1080p, but would have a much harder time maintaining 60fps.
Action Mode on the PlayStation 4 Pro set the resolution to 1080p and maintained a rock solid 60fps. Graphics Mode on PS4 Pro also set the resolution to 1080p, but this mode provides improved anti-aliasing, foliage, texture filtering, and geometry over the PS4 Pro Action Mode. With that in mind, Graphics Mode would still hit 60fps, but did drop whenever a lot of particle effects are on screen. That usually happens when you perform a Break Blow and not during actual gameplay where every frame matters.
On PlayStation 5, I have the graphical settings set to Graphics Mode. I also have this game installed on the PS5's SSD to see if loading times have improved. I do think the SSD helps the game load a tad faster. It definitely saves replays faster than the PS4. The PS4 could take up to 7-10 seconds to save a replay whereas the PS5 does it in about 3 seconds. I also tested how quickly the PS5 loads up a replay and I think it loads up replays faster as well.
The recording is in 1080p and 60fps. Gameplay captured from a PS5.
