I like to bring barbecue to my family during the Holidays. With the Holidays approaching, let me show you how I reheat anything I bring - in this video, I'll show you a foolproof way to reheat brisket that will keep it juicy and delicious! Your friends and family will think it just came off of the smoker!

Whether you wrap in butcher paper or aluminum foil during the cook, it doesn't matter. The important thing is to keep all of the juices inside the paper / foil and wrap in additional aluminum foil. When it's time to reheat the brisket - place your oven at 240F and set it in there - inside the foil. It will take 2-3 hours to reheat all the way through. Once you get to an internal temp of 150F, take it out, pour all of the juices over it and slice it! That's it!
