I had just completed making my homemade hot tent #3 and it was ready to be taken on a hot tent trial run at Mew Lake in Algonquin Park. This new hot tent would be 10' x 14' and made for backcountry winter camping with friends and for more comfortable trips while winter car camping at campgrounds. I packed up the homemade diy hot tent and all my gear and made my way to Mew Lake Campground in Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada to set up the tent fully for the very first time and see how it would do.
