Welcome, my friends. I'm Jen Hilman. Thanks so much for joining me. Today I'll be guiding you through some full body stretches for Stress and Anxiety. These are great stretches to undo a lot of the tension that we tend to hold in our hips, low back, upper back, chest and shoulders.
Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.
