This video is my breakdown using the Mr. Monster Smith Machine, analyzing Chest Presses and determine the Pro's and Con's from traditional Barbell and Dumbbell presses.
Second half of the video was a breakdown comparison between traditional dumbbell flyes and Mr. Monster Cable Flyes. Went through the High, Mid and Low Cable Flyes.
