Installing the perimeter drain and foundation sealer. Dad came by yesterday and powerwashed the blocks and today we are going to paint on the foundation sealer. Mar Flex is the brand we are using and it paints on much easier than I thought it would. It starts out brown but as it dries it turns black. Then the following day I got the fabric and the pipe placed, then started backfilling with clean rock. It's 3/4" washed limestone I am using. It's a bit tedious using the fabric but it does help keep the rock and dirt from mixing. I'll be back tomorrow to finish daylighting the pipe and backfilling.
