Maxie shows up at Sam and Spinelli's office and asks him if he has picked someone to sleep with yet. Maxie brought Spinelli more magazines to look through. He is still wary about doing it so Maxie asks Sam for back-up, but Sam is unsure. Maxie and Lulu go Christmas tree shopping for Kate and talk about her issues with Spinelli. Maxie wonders if their already over.
