Ready to head into the darkness? Ready to head into history? Ready to go 400ft below a mountain? Hope you answered yes, because we have all that and more in this video.Today we are visiting the Pioneer Tunnel Coal Mine Tour in Ashland, Pa. This location has been on my list for a while and with a last minute decision, we finally made it here. While here we will go inside of a mountain to learn about the different methods of coal mining and later on we take a ride on the Lokie (steam locomotive) to find out how they processed the coal. It was a bumpy, fun, exciting and unforgettable time. So come along with me and the rest of us as we experience the Pioneer Coal Mine. Enjoy
