How to easily use Audacity to convert music from 440hz to 432hz. In this tutorial I have shown the three different methods within the program Audacity so that you can tune and retune your own music yourself.
Audacity is free and open source software (FOSS). It's available on all major OS: Windows, Mac and Linux. I am using Linux Ubuntu in this tutorial, but the features/plugins featured in this video are available on all platforms.

If you use Linux you can either compile the source code yourself
Use Audacity's PPA : sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/audacity
Or you can use Ubuntu's Software Centre or an alternative like Snap Store
The three plugins featured in this tutorial are:
Change Pitch, Change Speed and Sliding Time Scale/Sliding Stretch.
To reiterate the formula used in this video:
Cents reduced by -32
Semitones reduce -0.32
Hertz: reduce by 8Hz
Percent Change: -1.818 %
Some people in the 432hz community may use slightly different numbers. A common variant used is -1.776% which equates to -31 cents.
That debate is long and probably should be left for another video, but the change is tiny (0.249hz) , which is less than 1/4 of a single hertz.
