Here, I show my secret to how I get extra probiotics when I eat my yogurt. I make my yogurt how I normally would by adding chia, walnuts, and fruit. Then I top it with Kefir! Kefir is known for containing millions of probiotics, low in lactose, and packed with vitamins and minerals.
