Please comment if you know why i have spark with Magneto grounded Wheel horse 315 - 8 Kohler CH15S will not shut off. Then i ground mag and still have some spark. Am i missing something or thinking wrong . Wheel Horse 315-8 complaint will not stay running . For me the Kohler CH15s ran good just not shut off well . I have unhooked everything from tractor but starter wire . I make ground wire , ground out primary terminal on magneto and still get spark . Any ideas comment below . Is this small engine supposed to do this . Garden tractor will not shut off .
