The Great Movie Ride last ride happened on August 13th, 2017 at Disney Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney MGM Studios) will close to make way for a new Mickey Mouse ride in the Chinese Theatre. So we're gonna take a look at the top 10 Disney's Great Movie Ride secrets & fact, in this tribute and farewell to a great Disney ride that will definitely be missed at Walt Disney World. The Great Movie Ride was one of two original Disney attractions that opened with Disney MGM Studios in May of 1989.
