3. Come back and give the Unopened Summon to Alfred.
4. Go back to the Queen, then talked to Alfred, listen to everything he has to say, then grab the Queenly Flesh on the Throne.
5. Use Cathedral Ward, go left, then continue to where you first meet Alfred to complete the Quest and get the last item.
