Learn how to core eggplants so that they are ready to stuff with rice or your desired stuffing. It is a simple process;
1. Wash and dry eggplant
2. Cut of ends with the stalk
3. Use a manakra (corer) to hollow out eggplant
TIPS: do not insert manakra fully into eggplant, to avoid piercing skin.
