2 medium size bitter gourd (cut into a sliced)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Fry until it turns into a golden brown in color
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp Sichuan pepper
Roast for 2 minutes
Blend everything
Saute for another 3-4 minutes
Transfer in a plate
Again, in a same pan add 1 tbsp oil
Temper 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Add onion and green chilies sliced
Add 2 medium size chopped tomatoes
Add salt as per the taste
Add 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
Cook tomatoes until it is nice and soft
Now add the masala (which we made earlier)
Add fried bitter gourd as well
Cook for another 2-3 minutes
Squeeze the half lemon juice
