Self-described doubting theist Yngve phones in from Norway to discuss the compelling Islamic concept that life is a test from God. When pressed by call-in show hosts Matt Dillahunty and Jimmy Snow, Yngve has trouble clarifying which God designed this test and what believers must do to pass it. Matt and Jimmy persistently interrogate Yngve's logic, arguing there's no reason to believe life is a test or that a test, if it existed, would prove God's existence. They criticize Yngve's willingness to accept ideas without evidence and contend his desire for divine justice does not make that desire true. Although disagreeing, the exchange remains civil as both sides try understanding the other's perspective.
