There are different versions in other Cultures as well. Such as Such as Vietnamese Dồi Sụn Heo, Hmong Sausages, Khmer Twako, and Thai Sai Krok Isaan. Which are more Sour and Tangy in Flavors.
Recipe:
Prepping 🔪
Grind these Following Meats or Chop Minced 👇🏻
Ground Pork 3.5 Lbs
Pork Shoulders 2 Lbs
Pork Belly 1 Lbs
Pork Snout or Pork Skin 2.5 Lbs (optional). Up the Pork Belly if Omitting.
Minced all of these ingredients below 👇🏻🔪
Kaffir Lime Leaves 1.5 oz
Lemon Grass 10 oz
Scallions 3 Cups
Yellow Onions 1 Cup
Garlic 1/2 Cup
Shallots 1/3 Cup
Ingredients 👇🏻
2 Cup of Chicken Bouillon
1 Cup of Sugar
1 1/2 Cup of Fish Sauce
3 Tbs of Msg
Desired Amount of Chili Powder
1 Bag of Hog Sausage Casing (soak in water)
Air Fry at 375 for 10-15 Mins depending on the Size of your Air Fryer.
Can be Baked or Deep Fried as well.
Instructions 📝
1. Soak Sausage Casing. Grind Meat or Chop Minced Meat.
2. Cook Pork Snout or Pork Skin (chop to bite size pieces).
3. Place all of your Meat in a Mixing Bowl.
4. Season with Minced Herbs, and Sauces (Listed Above).
5. Combine and Mix Well.
5. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Marinate in Fridge for 1-2 Hours.
6. Wash, Rinse, and Clean Sausage Casings Thoroughly in Water.
7. Open the Tip and Run Water through for a Couple of time.
8. Open Casing Tip and Insert into the Sausage Maker Tunnel.
9. Roll Casing all the way back.
10. Place Mixture in the Sausage Maker. Press Down Slowly with the Presser.
11. Fill Mixture Completely in the Casing.
12. Stop when you get your Desired Amount.
13. Tie a Knot at the end of Casing.
14. Air Fry at 375 at 10-15 Mins. Or Deep Fry or Bake.
15. Vacuum Seal, or Place in Freezer Bag. Enjoy this whenever.
