I'm going to level with you here…
Do you want to be full of energy every day?

Step one: stop putting crap food into your body.
If you’ve been eating on the fly for way too long,
You're probably used to that heavy feeling all the time.
It doesn’t have to be like that.
Here's my challenge for you.
For the next 7 to 14 days, ditch the drive-through.
Find more whole, unprocessed foods in line with high levels of protein.
Give it a try for at least one week.
