I’ve been finding Marjoram really helpful lately for nixing muscle/tendon pain in my legs, knees, and neck. Mix 1-3 drops with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and rub where you feel muscle pain, cramps or spasms. Repeat 2x per day. Try pairing it with Deep Blue oil for an even more powerful effect!
