250 grams fresh togue/bean sprouts
300 grams pork, cubed
1 large carrot, julienne
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
1 large riped tomato, quartered
2 stalk spring onion, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 cups water
1 tsp veggie stock powder ( optional )
salt to taste
ground black pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil.
