Well, after the "how to cook rice without a rice cooker" tutorial. Here is another basic recipe for Egg Fried Rice. Anyone who loves fried rice should learn how to make this simple and delicious meal. Most importantly, it's easy to make! Once the rice is cooked, it will take less than 10 minutes to whip up some delicious fried rice.
Recipe:
- 4 Cups of loosely packed Freshly Cooked Rice (fr 1 cup of raw rice)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Peanut or Vegetable OIl
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Chicken Powder, to taste (Optional)
- A Few Dashes of Ground White Pepper
- 3 to 4 Stalks Scallion/Green Onion, chopped
* At around 2:40 meant to say "chicken powder". But surely the dish will give you power :D
