Everyone needs a Basmati rice recipe. So, I have shared with you all, my Smoky Basmati Jollof recipe which is easy, stress free and of course delicious!
For certain reasons, Basmati rice has a superior nutrient content compared to other rice types, and so, it is much more favourable for people with diabetes or trying to lose weight.
However, you still have to remember that portion control is key! Even with Basmati rice.
