Watching the ball well in tennis is one of the most important skills you need to master if you want to play tennis well and yet most advice does not go beyond "watch the ball" tip.

The problem is that in most cases players don't know what does that really mean and how to actually work on ball tracking skills in the long term.

That's why I've prepared a comprehensive video article with 15 drills to help you improve your ball tracking ability.
